The Healing Power of Sunlight for Your Body

We talk about “getting vitamin D from the sun,” but that’s chemical and mechanical language
From an Electric Health perspective, Vitamin D is the downstream biochemistry of a much bigger electrical event
When you go in the sun - on your skin, in your eyes, on your face - you are not primarily making a vitamin
You are receiving regulated solar plasma information and charge
Sunlight delivers organized electromagnetic energy
The mainstream story says: “UVB hits cholesterol → chemical conversion → Vitamin D”
~ This is true, but incomplete ~
It’s like saying “a concert is when air molecules vibrate” ...Yes... but that’s not the point
Vitamin D is result of light altering your electrical state
Sunlight is not just “light”
It is a stream of organized electromagnetic radiation - packets of energy (photons)
When photons hit your body, they:
• move electrons
• change charge distribution
• alter voltage gradients across tissues
You are literally being electrically tuned by the star that powers our environment
When sunlight enters your naked eyes, it hits photoreceptors wired directly into the brain’s master clock
This does not just set sleep cycles, it resets:
• hormone rhythms
• nervous system tone
• mitochondrial activity
• cellular repair timing
• immune signaling
Sunlight also structures water in the body (EZ-Water)
This means:
• more negative charge
• better energy storage
• improved electron flow
• increased battery capacity
In Electric health terms, sunlight increases the body’s ability to hold and move charge
So..... We don’t spend time in the sun to “get a nutrient”
We go in the sun to receive a daily electrical calibration from the primary energy source of life on Earth
Sunlight is not a supplement source - it’s the master regulator of your body’s electrical coherence
& vitamin D is simply one measurable chemical echo of that entrainment
